Nature of our services

PaymentRadar is a trading name used by CDN DIGITAL LLC. We act as an independent introducer. We do not acquire, process, hold, transmit or safeguard funds, and we do not operate as a payment service provider, electronic money institution or credit institution. Payment services are provided exclusively by licensed third-party acquirers, payment institutions and local providers, under contracts entered into directly between those providers and the merchant.

No offer and no advice

The content of this website is published for information only. It is not an offer, an invitation to contract, or a commitment to provide any specific service, and it does not constitute legal, tax, regulatory or financial advice. All channels described are subject to provider approval and underwriting. Availability, limits and conditions vary by vertical, jurisdiction and merchant profile.

Responsibility for content

We prepare the content of this website with care, but we give no warranty that it is complete, current or accurate. Coverage, markets, payment methods and settlement details reflect the position of our provider network at the time of publication and may change without notice.

What we process, and why

Website use

When you open this website, our hosting provider processes technical connection data in server log files: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, referrer, browser and operating system version. This is necessary to deliver the site, maintain stability and detect abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interests in the secure operation of the site.

Enquiries

If you contact us by email, we process the data you send us: your name, company, email address, the details of your business and your enquiry. We use it to answer you, to assess whether channels in our provider network fit your profile, and to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to contract, and our legitimate interest in business communication.

Introductions to providers

If you ask us to place your business, we share the information you provide with the acquirers, payment institutions and local providers we consider a fit, so that they can assess the case. We share only what is needed for that assessment, and we tell you which providers are involved. Those providers act as separate controllers for their own onboarding and underwriting, under their own privacy notices. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to contract.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no marketing or tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics or advertising services. Only technically necessary storage is used, and no consent banner is therefore required. If we introduce analytics in future, we will ask for consent before any non-essential cookie is set and update this policy.

Recipients and international transfers

Personal data may be processed by our hosting and email service providers acting as processors on our behalf, and by the payment providers described above. Because we are established in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and our provider network is international, data may be transferred outside the EEA and the United Kingdom. Where we transfer personal data of EEA or UK individuals, we use appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses, and we can provide a copy on request.

Retention

Server log data is deleted or anonymised within a short period, normally within thirty days. Business correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and the resulting relationship, and thereafter for the period required by applicable record-keeping and limitation rules. We delete data earlier where it is no longer needed and no retention obligation applies.

Your rights

• Access to the personal data we hold about you, and a copy of it
• Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure, where there is no overriding reason to keep the data
• Restriction of processing, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests
• Data portability for data you provided to us

Security

This website is served over an encrypted connection. We apply organisational and technical measures appropriate to the risk, and we limit access to enquiry data to the people who need it to respond.

Changes

We update this policy when our processing changes. The current version is the one published here, dated September 2026.

Terms of use

These terms govern your use of paymentradar.io. By using the website you accept them. They do not govern any payment service, which is always subject to the contract between you and the licensed provider.

Permitted use

You may view and print the content of this website for your own business purposes. You may not copy, republish, scrape, mine or redistribute it commercially, or use it to build a competing service or database, without our written consent.

Intellectual property

The design, text, graphics and the PaymentRadar name and logo are protected and remain our property or that of our licensors. Third-party marks shown on the website remain with their owners.

Availability

We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including described capabilities, at any time.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The website is provided as it stands, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and for loss of profit, revenue, business or data arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Eligibility and restricted activity

Our services address businesses, not consumers. You confirm that you act for a business, that you are authorised to do so, and that the activity you describe to us is lawful in every market you sell into. We may decline any enquiry at our discretion, and providers may decline any application at theirs.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The courts of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory rules of your place of residence.
